HMICFRS Reports

Police performance is monitored by the Commissioner and also by His Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Service (HMICFRS) who report on policing activity with a view to encouraging improvement in reducing crime.

Visit the HMICFRS website to read more about how the police can reduce crime.

For the latest HMICFRS reports relating to Derbyshire, please see below.

In summer 2017, HMIC took on inspections of England’s fire & rescue services, assessing and reporting on their efficiency, effectiveness and leadership. To reflect this new role, their name was changed to HMICFRS.
