In the interests of public transparency, the Commissioner’s website publishes and regularly updates any expenses claimed, declarations made by the Police and Crime Commissioner (or Deputy Police and Crime Commissioner) as well as publishing any offers of gifts or hospitality.

Register of Interests of the Police and Crime Commissioner and Deputy Police and Crime Commissioner

Register of Interests including paid employment or office of other pecuniary interest of the Police and Crime Commissioner and the Deputy Police and Crime Commissioner are published.

Register of Gifts and Hospitality to the Police and Crime Commissioner or member of staff

Offers of a gift or hospitality made to the Police and Crime Commissioner or member of staff indicating whether the gift was accepted or refused are publicly available.

The Ethical Framework

The PCC agrees to abide by seven standards of conduct recognised as the Nolan Principles. This Ethical Framework allows transparency in all areas of work as a Police and Crime Commissioner and the principles encompass work locally and whilst representing communities in national forums.
