If you—or someone you know—have reported anti-social behaviour (ASB) to the police, council, or housing provider three or more times in six months, you could be entitled to an ASB Case Review.

This process brings together local services including the police, council, housing, and health teams to review your case and take further action if needed. If your case meets the Derbyshire threshold, a review will be carried out and you’ll be informed of the next steps.

The ASB Case Review gives victims the right to request a review if their concerns have not been dealt with or acted upon, and organisations have been unable to resolve serious, persistent, or targeted ASB successfully.

The aim is to see whether anything else can be done—possibly finding solutions that may not have been considered before.

📍 Tackling ASB is a priority for Derbyshire communities and Nicolle, who is committed to ensuring your voice is heard—especially during this time of year when everyone deserves peace and safety.
