  • To deliver a community-led, early intervention mental health programme for young Black and African heritage men (16–35) in Derby.
  • To deliver monthly sessions for six months, co facilitated by a trained wellbeing practitioner and a local barber, creating culturally familiar, low-pressure spaces to talk openly about mental health, masculinity, identity, exploitation and antisocial behaviour.
  • To deliver rapid signposting and referrals into NHS Talking Therapies and other support services as necessary.
