All hearings are held in accordance with the Police Appeals Tribunal Rules 2020.
Due to the restrictions on gatherings due to Covid-19, Police Appeals Tribunals will be held virtually via Microsoft Team.
Those wishing to observe future hearings will need to pre‐register by emailing the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) via the email address PCCOffice@Derbyshire.PNN.Police.UK and giving the following details:
- Name
- Email Address that is appropriate to be contacted on
The closing date and time for registration will be outlined. Only pre-registered individuals will be able to attend the Teams PAT call. Anyone who has not pre‐registered or that registers after the closing date will not be accepted into the Teams PAT call.
By registering to attend, you are agreeing to the conditions of entry, as outlined below –
- Attendees will not use the video function of Microsoft Teams throughout the Teams call
- Attendees will not speak on the Microsoft Teams call and should mute their microphones throughout the Teams call
- Attendees will not record the Microsoft Teams call via any method
Any attendees breaching the above conditions may be terminated from the call.
Upcoming Police Appeals Tribunal Dates
Darrian Fearn – The tribunal scheduled for Friday 26 November 2021 was adjourned and will reconvene at the earliest opportunity in 2022. The tribunal will now take place on Wednesday 3rd August 2022.
