Community Trigger Appeal Application

If you wish to lodge a Community Trigger Appeal, as detailed in the Community Trigger Appeals process, you can either complete the below appeal application form and submit it to us electronically, or you can print this form and fill it in by hand and send it to the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner. All fields are required.

When the Commissioners Office receives your appeal they will need to obtain the information in your case from the relevant Community Safety Partnership in order to review it and deal with your appeal. By submitting your appeal you are agreeing for the Community Safety Partnership to provide this information to the Commissioners Office.
