Policing, Recruitment, Retention and Relations in Racially Minoritised Communities

The Office of The Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) for Derbyshire, invites you to participate in this Community Survey on 'Policing, Recruitment, Retention and Relations in Racially Minoritised Communities'. The survey will take approximately thirty-five minutes of your time and is completely confidential. Your participation will help the Police and Crime Commissioner to have a clearer picture of recruitment and retention issues and provide insight into tensions/issues impacting Police - Ethncally Minoritised Community Relations in Derby and Derbyshire.

The survey is designed for the OPCC to gather opinions and experiences from members of the community. The survey assesses four key components

The results will be used by the OPCC to enhance policing recruitment and retention and contribute to thought and action around addressing and improving current police-community relations. Your answers are completely confidential.
