| Expansion of ‘Off the Streets’ Coaching Programmes. We want to build a community-based football club which offers opportunities to all, as well as a state-of-the-art sports and social facility of which the whole community can be proud. By continuing to provide high-quality, FA Charter-standard coaching opportunities, we will be working with at least 400 local young people every year, helping them to stay clear of crime and anti-social behaviour and engage in sport instead. Not only will this significantly increase their life opportunities, it will also have a wider impact on the community, which will be less blighted by crime and anti-social behaviour as a result of local young people engaging with our coaching programmes instead.
